I'm not connected that way, I'm sorry to say. (I talk in rhyme...) If you're into the networking thing, I imagine I can come up with a contact or two that might be able to provide some direction. You should ask in public, here, for leads, since so many of the folks in this little circle of readers are Twin Citians.
If you'll ping me when you get to town, I'll take y'all to coffee or something though. I'm down there about every other week.
right now i do SOME network stuff at my job, but not enough to say i'm able to make a career out of it. but yeah, i'll post about it here later on and see if anyone has any leads. thanks!
and coffee would be wonderful. it's nice to think i've already made a few connections here for when i get to the twin cities in two weeks. sweet!
Hey there -- thanks for all of your comments today. I see you have almost all the MN bloggers I know on your blogroll. Tips for Job Hunt-o-RAMA! (Sorry if I'm repeating stuff you already know)
Check the City Pages, The Star Tribune, and the Pioneer Press. They all have job search d-bases. And Monster.com has good tech jobs that are searchable if that is what you're looking for.
I could direct you to the Minneapolis Public Schools HR people, but beyond that I'm not any help at all.
no problem. i like leaving comments. although sometimes i get worried about how they are taken. you know, because you can't tell tone on here. :)
i've been looking on monster and have bookmarked some interesting jobs. i think my progress is hampered by the fact that i think i want to change careers. it's getting the courage to actually branch out that's making me stall...

Wonder Woman has quite a rack.
Now, seriously. On my browser it's too wide -- the left margin is too close to the side, and even at full screen, I have a scroll bar on the bottom.
I like the blue though. And WW.
dang. ok, i'll try and fix it. let me know if you see a difference.
thanks for the heads up!
That got it. You rule HTML.
heh. thanks, kelly! now all i need is to secure a fab-o job in the twin cities where i can put my HTML skillz to work!
