I'm furious.
We haven't had hot water since Monday night. That's almost two whole days. I've called the landlord and left messages, but of course, I have heard nothing back.
I left a note for the building manager to see if she's also without hot water and to ask what can be done about it.
I'm home from work today because of it. I couldn't shower, which is something I can't handle. I have to shower before work or I feel gross and self conscious all day long. Yesterday I endured a cold but not unbearable 2 minute shower. I think I had the last tiny bit of warm water still left in the pipes. But today? It's like ice.
Not only am I in a bad mood because of the water situation, I also have an enormous headache that I had all day yesterday. I thought it would go away, but it hasn't. I'm also crampy and my back hurts. Hi PMS! Nice to see you again. Bitch.
How many days do we have to wait with no hot water before calling the Board of Health? Because I'm not going to go much longer without being able to shower or do dishes or even wash my face.
We're SO MOVING next year.

Sorry to hear about your water. That sux. I also had a terrible Wed. No, terrible does not begin to describe it. I had to put my Luther down. (He was my kitty. I had him for 12 years, he was 14) So, enjoy Lola a little more for me, since I cannot physically enjoy my Lut any longer. thanks.

I know how you feel, several years ago our water heater went out and it took several days for a new one to be installed. Not having hot water sucks big ones!!!!!!
