Dear Metro Transit,
On this bitter, bitter, bitter cold night, I want to thank you for not only keeping your buses toasty warm and running on time, but also not letting the Uptown Transit Center smell like piss and Mad Dog 20/20. This really, really pleases me (and the rest of the riders too, I'm sure).
If you were the MBTA and I was in the ICA Station, I'd be huddling near the exits, freezing my ass off, just to escape the overwhelming stench of urine and drunk homeless people.
I love you, Metro Transit!

As a former Bostonian myself, I'd say you're right on the money. Metro Transit has really come through for me on these bitterly cold days.
