Here's proof Lola is mental. She likes to wedge herself between the window panes and then try to attack us through the window. She could play like this for hours if I didn't put a stop to it. And when I do put a stop to it, I'm the meanest mom in the world. She'll pout for a few minutes and then forget I stopped all her fun. I think it's funny that she's got chicken breath all the time, too. I say "Ewwww! You have chicken breath!" She just looks at me and says "Mmmrooowww." I love her.

The third day on the job was better than Day 2 and a WHOLE lot better than Day 1. I was away at a training class from 9-2:30 today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to log in to the super secret web portal and start the learnin'! That would be great. Because I can only read cnn.com for so long, you know?

I don't work on Friday because I have doctor's appointments I made months back to go to. So I feel like I have a short week this week. Kind of cool. Although I don't know how long I'll be in the doctor's office, so that could potentially take up half the day. At any rate, I don't have to go to work on Friday (although I wonder if they will make me take a sick day or not? I told them when they offered me the job that I could start on the 3rd, but I would have to have the 7th off. She said "ok" so it should be all good. We'll see).

Tonight I'm eating left over Big Salad from Famous Dave's. I wish I could have some bread puddin', too.
