Question: Who listens to the radio (the actual radio, with stations and everything) at full blast with the bass turned all the way up? My upstairs neighbors do. And they aren't the least bit embarrassed when the commercials also blare out of their speakers. I bet they have lots of friends. Me? I hate them.

I too am sorry you have to deal with that. I understand, mine are always yelling and screaming so loud it wakes me up/keeps me up, or makes me have to turn my radio/tv up too loud... neighbors either are really great, or really sucky. But the brownies look good!
my upstairs neighbors are classy, indeed.
i wish i didn't have to deal with it, but i do. until we move, of course.
